Milk, Mipaaf: producers must reduce production to avoid surplus

According to the produce presented by the Italian cow milk producers during the whole of December 2011, there is the high possibility of a surplus production, even if in minimum percentages, of the total production quota given to Italy by the Eu for the 2011-2012 campaign.
